In this day and age, when people can identify as just about anything and get state approval for it, why not choose something as cool as a wolf. Apparently, a Wolfkin is someone who identifies with the characteristics and traits of a wolf, and it seems akin to what Native Americans would refer to as their “spirit animal”. You cannot trigger the bonus round when a Wolfkin Super Wild is present in the base game, and the Wolfkin Super Wild is sticky on reel 3 for the duration of the feature. Red Tiger has been in a highly experimental mood lately, or perhaps they simply have different departments set up to release wildly different style slots to broaden their appeal. Whatever it is, it’s clear from the get-go that Wolfkin is an “old school” Red Tiger release. It comes with their distinct visual style that seems inspired by medieval times and the fantasy genre, and the math model is also far from what we have seen from this developer lately.

The Wolfkin Super Wild feature looks impressive enough when it hits, and even more so when she spreads her wings to remove symbols and create extra Wolf Wilds. This can lead to decent payouts, but many times the single Wolfkin stacked wild does not lead to anything at all. At best, you can win up to 784x your stake, which is hardly impressive. However, at least the volatility isn’t too brutal in this release, but Wolfkin would’ve made a better impression if the math model had more of a bite to it.
